We are located in Decatur, ILLinois.  We are an AMA  charted club.

Our Goal is to help and encourage our members and anyone that is interested in radio
 controlled model aircraft.  We also have experianced members that are willing to help instruct
and guide new members in the art of R/C aircraft.  Membership into AMA is required to become
a member of the Decatur Aero Commanders R/C Club. We have monthly club meetings. Meetings
 are held at the club airfield in the warm flying months.  In the cold months they are
held at the Decatur FBO, which is located at the Decatur Airport, north of the control tower.
